Phase 1: Design & Permit

Before you break ground, we model your plans in HOT2000 to verify compliance. We provide the Pre-Construction Report you need for your building permit.

Phase 2: Mid-Construction

Once insulation and poly are installed (pre-drywall), we visit the site. We perform a diagnostic blower door test to find air leaks while they are still easy to fix.
